Anyone who practices can obtain success in yoga but not one who is lazy. Constant practice alone is the secret of success. (Hatha Yoga Pradipika)
I have been frequently going for yoga lesson every once a week. Although many said only people with flexible body can obtain the postures. I personally think that anyone who has the interest and passion will have the power to do it.
Let me share some of my views about yoga:
There were many times I felt that life is worthless, work is monotonous and stressful and emotions are like roller coaster. These may lead to many factors that unable me to move on with my daily life. To maintain a positive mindset, one has to start the engine by either setting a target in life, conquer the negative influences and think ahead. However, it is easier said than done. Therefore, I chose to practice yoga and meditation to live mindfully in a constantly connected age. On top of that, according to some studies, yoga and stretching equally help people who has chronic back pain or stiff neck.
Each time when the yoga practice begin, I could sense that everyone, including myself enjoy the practice. Yoga not only calm a person's mind but it has a few beneficial areas like strengthening muscles, enhance flexibility and balance, increase focus and improve health in overalls.
